By visiting the venue and purchasing services, guests agree to these terms.

  • VIP lounge reservations
  • live stage performances and entertainment.

All services are provided on-site at the venue.

 

  1. Reservations and Private Areas

Private rooms and VIP areas may be reserved depending on availability.

Reservation conditions and duration of services may vary depending on the selected service.

 

  1. Payments

All payments for services and products are processed on-site at the venue.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • payment cards (Visa, Mastercard and others supported by the POS terminal)

Payments are processed through POS terminals in a card-present environment.

 

  1. Pricing

Prices for services and products are communicated to customers before the service is provided.

By confirming an order and completing the payment, the customer agrees to the price of the selected service or product.

 

  1. Service Confirmation

Customers may be asked to confirm their purchase by signing a service confirmation form.

This confirmation verifies that:

  • the price of the service was communicated before payment
  • the service was provided
  • the customer authorized the payment.

 

  1. Refunds and Complaints

If a customer has a concern regarding a service provided at the venue, it should be addressed with venue staff during the visit.

Refund requests may be evaluated by management depending on the circumstances.
